Applications are warmly invited for the position of Head of TAS and Innovation at Scots All Saints College, Bathurst.
Commencing in either Term 1 or Term 2, 2026, this presents as an ideal opportunity for an experienced classroom practitioner to move into leadership in a supportive, high‑performing education community less than 3hrs from Sydney.
The School
Scots All Saints College is a Presbyterian co‑educational Preparatory to Year 12 day and boarding college situated over two expansive and picturesque campuses in the regional city of Bathurst NSW.
The College is unrivalled for space and opportunity, offering two spacious rural, open campuses with beautiful heritage buildings, picturesque tree‑dotted grounds and comfortable classrooms with modern facilities.
Scots All Saints College boasts parkland, ovals and learning facilities to support the learning and development of students from Preparatory School to Year 12. The College’s TAS Centre has a large footprint and the successful applicant will help inform plans to further develop facilities.

Your Role
Working with the Head of the Senior School, the Head of TAS and Innovation has responsibility for providing creative and effective leadership of TAS staff, with a commitment to the continuous improvement of the teaching and learning within the TAS team.
In addition, the Head of TAS and Innovation leads the implementation of research‑informed innovative practice and use of technologies at the College.
The Head of TAS and Innovation is responsible for the ongoing development and supervision of the curriculum and the quality of teaching and learning that is provided to each student.
The Head of TAS and Innovation will be a person of integrity and professional credibility who will bring to the position zest, enthusiasm and energy and will embrace the ideals of collaboration, co‑operation, integrity and teamwork.

Essential Criteria
* Well‑developed pedagogical content knowledge and expertise in their subject, preferably including HSC marking
* Successful teaching experience with the capacity to support and develop improvement in teaching and learning.
* Well‑developed communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to foster positive relationships with students, peers, staff and parents.
* An ability to lead a team, improving the collective outcomes of both staff and student performance.

Conditions
* Coordinator 2 leadership allowance as per the Independent Schools NSW (Teachers) Cooperative MEA 2025.
* 10 period allocation of release from teaching per fortnight
* For eligible applicants, provision of on‑site accommodation for up to 6 months
* Subsidised relocation costs may also be discussed with the successful applicant
