About the Opportunity
Are you organised, detail-oriented, and love providing exceptional customer service? We are currently seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our Mackayteam on a Casual basis.
As a Medical Receptionist, you will:
* Be the first point of contact for patients, handling face-to-face and phone registrations, bookings, triage, and queries.
* Manage payments, issue receipts, and handle billing and invoicing.
* Operate our booking system efficiently.
* Assist with back-office activities, including outbound calls, data entry, and reporting as directed by your manager.
About You
