About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing client relationships and supporting our workforce on-site, with a competitive salary. Open to flexible roster patterns, including 8/6 rosters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Acting as the first point of contact for Protech employees on-site
* Driving service delivery excellence and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
* Identifying opportunities for process improvement and client satisfaction
* Attending pre-start meetings and stakeholder engagements
* Monitoring performance, attendance, and safety compliance
* Preparing reports and conducting monthly stakeholder meetings
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in people management and leading teams effectively
* Previous experience as an Account Manager in the Mining & Resources sector (coal industry experience highly regarded)
* Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
* Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams & Outlook
* Current driver's licence and full Australian work rights
