The Role: 
This is a rapid-paced role supporting a energetic C-Suite Executive with over a decade of experience. As a 'go-to' person, this role will see you utilise your administration, time management and organisational skills. On a daily basis, your duties will include: 
Diary, e-mail, and appointment management 
Arrange & Coordinate diaries 
Prepare agendas and presentation materials 
Take accurate minutes of meetings and actions 
Manage the Office Administrator 
Organise events & functions as required 
Organise and plan travel 
General Administrative duties 
To be considered for this role you must have 
Prior experience as an EA/PA to Executive Suite and above 
Ability to meet deadlines 
High attention to detail 
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 
Knowledge of management systems 
Ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and use initiative 
Be energetic, resilient, and hard-working
