We're seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a National Account Executive.
In this exciting role, you'll have the opportunity to work with our CUB Coles beer sales team, focusing on Craft and International brands. You'll be responsible for planning and optimizing promotional plans, managing relationships with key customers, and supporting the NAM team.
* Work closely with the National Account team to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales efforts against key commercial priorities.
* Support NAMs in implementing category growth initiatives that deliver growth ahead of market.
* Monitor competitor activity and take action to ensure we continue to grow ahead of category.
* Model and optimize CLG and profitability, making recommendations for corrective action as required.
* Unlock consumer and shopper insights from data sources to optimize promotional mechanics and tactics.
* Ensure the field team has the required information to support store visits and compliance to plans.
* Develop and execute a 6 month rolling promotional slotting plan for Craft and International beer.
* Liaise with specialists and revenue management teams to ensure alignment to strategy.
