We are currently seeking a Customer Experience Professional to join our team.
The successful candidate will have experience in providing exceptional customer service and support, with a strong focus on building long-lasting relationships.
Responsibilities include:
* Processing customer orders and inquiries
* Maintaining accurate customer information within our CRM system
* Proactively communicating with customers regarding order status and other relevant updates
* Serving as the primary point of contact for customer issues and concerns
* Working collaboratively with internal teams to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Liaising with sales teams to provide seamless support and guidance
* Providing product training and education to customers as needed
* Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services
* Managing inbound calls and making outbound calls where necessary
* Performing administrative tasks to support the wider team
Required skills and qualifications:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service or after-sales support
* Proven ability to build strong, lasting relationships with customers
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
