Senior Leadership Role
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our Residential Care & Support programs in Cairns, QLD.
* Strategic Oversight: Provide visionary leadership, empower teams, and drive exceptional outcomes for young people.
* Program Development & Innovation: Foster growth, improvement, and new initiatives, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
* Team Management & Mentorship: Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise Case Managers and program staff, promoting a collaborative culture.
* Risk Management & Compliance: Oversee risk processes, ensure adherence to organisational and regulatory requirements, and provide timely reporting.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with community partners, agencies, and stakeholders to strengthen service delivery outcomes.
This role demands strong leadership capabilities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and understanding of trauma-informed care principles.
About the Ideal Candidate
* Certificate IV, Diploma or Bachelor in Child, Youth & Family Intervention, Social Work, Psychology, Education, or related field.
* Proven experience in youth services management and leading multidisciplinary teams.
