Job Description
In this role, you will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment as part of a multidisciplinary care team.
As a Pharmacy Technician, you will work closely with Pharmacists, Nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth pharmacy operations and support the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
* Dispense and supply medication for hospital patients and outpatients.
* Deliver medication and collect rounds to hospital wards.
* Assist with managing ward imprest and stock management activities.
* Support patients, hospital staff, and associated employees.
* Perform pharmacy claims and general administration duties.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience working in a dispensary is essential. You must be able to work autonomously and as part of a team. Australian working rights are also required.
A Certificate III in community or hospital pharmacy is highly desirable but not essential.
