What You'll Be Doing
Coordinating workflow and ensuring jobs get done right and on time - without the chaos.
Mentoring and developing junior team members who look up to your experience.
Managing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns, BAS, and FBT for all entity types (and across a pretty wide mix of industries).
Advising clients on accounting, tax, and commercial issues - with the freedom to actually make a difference, not just tick boxes.
Building long-term relationships with clients who genuinely value your advice.
What We're Looking For
Extensive experience working in an Australian public practice accounting firm.
Solid hands-on experience withXero, and ideallyMYOBandQuickBooks.
Familiarity withBGL SF360,XPM, andFYI Docsis a plus (but not a dealbreaker).
Someone who's confident, curious, and not afraid to think beyond compliance.
A genuine team player who wants to grow with the firm - not just punch the clock.
CPA,IPA, orCAqualified.
