Position Summary:
* Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards
* Follow a food preparation checklist and establish priority items
* Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping and storing food before use
* Serve food in proper portions onto proper receptacles
* Maintain organisational skills to ensure your section is clean and runs efficiently throughout each service period
* Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a way that aims to exceed Dizzy Bird Guest expectations
* Wash and disinfect kitchen area, tables, tools, knives and equipment.
* Maintain strong food safety and property standards
About You:Â
* Trade Industry Qualification or completion of Commercial Cookery Qualification
* Passion for the industryÂ
* Relevant experience in a similar roleÂ
* Working rights in AustraliaÂ
* Enthusiastic to escalate your careerÂ
