We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Centaur, a 94-bed residential aged care home located in Caloundra. As a Registered Nurse, you will use your clinical skills to deliver person-centered care and service delivery for all residents. You will provide safe and effective evidence-based care through assessing, planning, implementing, delivering and evaluating care for residents in accordance with scope of practice, and coordinated health and allied services care planning.
* Previous aged care experience is highly regarded.
* You will have a passion for the aged care industry.
* Complete all training as required.
* Have a high level of English skills written and verbal.
* Take a collaborative and friendly approach to all team members, residents, and their family/friends/visitors.
