Responsibilities
* Product Training Development & Delivery:Design and deliver engaging product training on model range, key features, technology, and competitive advantages
* Provide sales teams with product comparisons, FAQs, and selling stories to enhance customer persuasion
* Dealer & In-House Trainer Support:Conduct train-the-trainer sessions for dealership trainers to ensure consistent knowledge transfer
* Impact Measurement & Continuous Improvement:Evaluate product training effectiveness through assessments, mystery shopping, and sales performance analysis
* Continuously refresh training materials based on new products, customer insights, and competitor moves
Qualifications
-Strong product and technical knowledge, with ability to simplify complexity for sales use
* Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
* Ability to develop engaging content in both classroom and digital formats
* Collaborative, adaptable, and motivated to enable sales success
