Amity Health is a well-respected not-for-profit organisation, providing regional and rural people with the best possible access to health and social, community services.
We work in partnership with government, non-government agencies and health service providers to offer support, advocacy, leadership and coordination in the delivery and promotion of primary health care to the Great Southern, Midwest, South-East Coastal Goldfields, Southwest and Wheatbelt regions.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Business Development Officer will be responsible for:
* Shaping and driving innovative business development strategies aligned to our Strategic Plan
* Identifying and leveraging new opportunities for growth, diversification, and partnerships.
* Building high-value stakeholder relationships that strengthen our reach and impact.
* Championing a culture of quality, innovation and transformation within the organisation.
About You
You are a visionary, commercially astute leader with a proven track record in business development in the Health, Social or Community Services Sector at an Executive level. You thrive in dynamic, growth-focused environments and are energised by transformation. You bring:
* Demonstrated success in securing and sustaining strategic partnerships.
* Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and negotiation skills.
* The ability to inspire, influence, and lead at the C-suite level.
* A collaborative leadership style, balancing innovation with pragmatism.
