**Handyperson**
- This is a Casual position with full time hours working a Monday to Friday Role - no weekend or public holiday work

LEAP is a Defence project for the supply and operation of living-in accommodation for single members of the Australian Defence Force. We work in small, close-knit teams who will be there to support you on your journey. Our long term contract provides job stability, longevity and career growth. **The Position**
- General Groundsperson/Handyperson with cleaning duties (Grounds and gardens maintenance, laundry, office and public spaces)
- Garden Care - spray/whipper snipper/mowing
- Competent in operating general maintenance and grounds equipment and chemical handling
- Responding to service requests for building maintenance
- Specialised cleaning where required
**The Person**
- Physically fit
- A great work ethic and ability to learn
- General handyperson/ grounds work in hotel style accommodation would be highly advantageous
- Good communication skills with a flexible approach
- Follow work safe procedures
- Because this is a Defence Base, we can only open this opportunity to Australian Citizens with a current driver's licence
- Federal Police check prior to commencing employment
