About the role
As the Administration Manager at MINEHAN AGENCIES PTY LTD', you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all our office operations. This full-time position is based in Townsville, QLD, and will see you overseeing all administrative functions to support our manufacturing & supply-based business.
What you'll be doing
You will ensure smooth day-to-day operations between the Managing Director, the sales team, the factory, our branches in Cairns, Stapylton & Airlie Beach along with all our customers & suppliers.
You will report directly to the Managing Director and will have overview and responsibility for Finances, Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable & supporting the Warehouse Managers.
You will ensure that the company is compliant with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations
What we're looking for
Australian work rights are required for this position
A minimum of 3 years MYOB AccountRight experience is essential
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Applications including Excel, Word and Outlook.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Demonstrated financial ability, customer service & leadership skills
Previous administration experience in manufacturing would be an advantage
