Senior Development Manager — Cameron Brae Group
Bringelly, South-Western Sydney | Residential & Mixed-Use Development | Hybrid working arrangment | $230,000 - $270,000 inc super
Shape the communities that will define South-Western Sydney for generations.
Cameron Brae Group is one of NSW's most significant private property developers — 50 years of family-built legacy, a $1 billion balance sheet, and a portfolio of approximately 7,000 lots across South-Western Sydney, the Shoalhaven and the Mid North Coast. Now, at a pivotal moment of growth and transformation, we're looking for a Senior Development Manager to help lead the next chapter.
This isn't a role where you'll wait in line for a decision. Here, you'll have direct access to leadership, real accountability, and full lifecycle visibility across capital strategy, planning, design, delivery, sales and asset management — all under one roof.
The Role
You'll take the lead on end-to-end delivery of a master-planned community, managing all phases from planning and design approvals through to construction, sales, marketing and community engagement. Working alongside the Project Director, you'll also play a key role in shaping project strategy and delivery planning.
Key areas of focus include:
* Project strategy and delivery planning
* Design management and planning approvals
* Financial management and commercial outcomes
* Sales and marketing oversight
* Leading and coordinating internal and external teams
The Platform
Cameron Brae Group has recently transitioned to an independent board and CEO, combining the agility of a nimble operator with the governance of a corporate platform. You'll be joining at a moment of deliberate evolution — a business investing in talent, capability and communities built to stand the test of time. With the Western Sydney International Airport and Aerotropolis on our doorstep, the trajectory of this region — and this portfolio — is exceptional.
Who Thrives Here
You're commercially sharp, strategically minded, and comfortable with real accountability. You may be coming from a large institutional or corporate developer, attracted by the idea of broader ownership, faster decision-making, and genuine influence over capital outcomes. You respect legacy and are motivated by progress.
Ownership over hierarchy. Capability over credentials.
Why This Role, Why Now
* Long-term capital horizon with pipeline certainty
* Direct contribution to projects shaping communities
* Integrated operating model — no siloed accountability
* Structured, but never bureaucratic
* A culture grounded in integrity, excellence and respect
