Live-In Hotel Manager (Maternity Leave Cover)
We are seeking a Maternity Leave Cover for the position of Motel & Restaurant Manager at our property in the beautiful coastal city of Geraldton. Live-in on site accommodation is available and included, or you may choose to arrange your own accommodation.

The Hospitality Inn SureStay Motel is a well-established 52-room property located in Geraldton, WA. We cater to local, interstate, and international travellers, offering clean and comfortable accommodation alongside an on-site restaurant and bar. We take great pride in delivering friendly, professional, and helpful service.
Geraldton is a vibrant coastal city on WA’s Mid West coast, known for its stunning beaches, relaxed lifestyle, and strong community spirit. Just a short flight or scenic drive from Perth, it’s the perfect place to enjoy a sea change while building your hospitality career.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the 52-room motel and 45-seat on-site restaurant
* Lead a team of 25+ staff across all departments (housekeeping, reception, restaurant, kitchen, and maintenance)
* Oversee front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage operations
* Assist with staff rostering, training, and shift supervision
* Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
* Ensure smooth operational procedures across the business
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in both accommodation and food & beverage environments
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* RMS (Property Management System) experience is highly regarded but not essential (training provided)
* Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends
* A positive, can-do attitude with a desire to grow within the business
