The lawyer currently in this role is transitioning into a new position with the firm, so this is a genuine succession hire with an established book of work ready to hand over. The role can therefore be shaped around the right person, depending on your skills and preferences:For a high‐end Senior Associate or Special Counsel, the role can remain focused on interesting, diverse and high‐quality technical work without the pressure of building a practice. You'll have the autonomy to run your own matters, with an open door to a highly experienced Managing Partner and a wider team of around 15 lawyers across other disciplines to collaborate with.For an ambitious Senior Associate or Special Counsel who is starting to build a client base, this is an opportunity to step up and take the reins of an established practice, positioning yourself for Partnership. You'll have the benefit of stepping into a full file load and established client relationships, with support to expand the practice over time.For an established Partner who wants autonomy and the freedom to help shape the strategic direction of a Commercial practice, this is an opportunity to walk into an established and sizeable practice with consistent referrals to integrate with your client base.The role also offers a target of 5.5 billable hours per day and a bonus structure for any clients or files you introduce to the firm.#J-18808-Ljbffr
