The Role
This role will require you to service multiple customer sites in a Rear‑Lift collection vehicle, servicing major clients and performing loading and unloading duties. You will deliver loads to nominated recycling and disposal facilities and ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction. Must be comfortable with a high level of manual handling.
* Operate vehicles and equipment in accordance with company regulations.
* Complete all paperwork and records accurately.
* Must be willing to take and pass a pre‑employment medical, including drug and alcohol test.
What is in it for you?
As part of closing the gender gap of drivers in the waste management industry, Cleanaway is running a Driver Academy for Women to address substantive equality for female‑identifying or non‑binary persons in the industry by removing barriers preventing them from getting involved. Cleanaway is seeking an individual to participate in an intensive training programme which includes licensing and other training required to set you up to be an HR‑licensed truck driver, followed by ongoing learning for the next 12 months.

To be part of the program
* Hold a current unrestricted driver's licence for a minimum of 24 months
* Driving History Check with a minimum of 8 demerit points remaining
