About the role
In this role you will work across the business, creating trusting and collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders and within your client groups. You will deliver value-adding services to management and employees enabling the creation of a positive employee experience and reinforcing a positive and inclusive organisational culture.
Key Areas Of Responsibilities Will Include
* Providing advice regarding policies, employment legislation, industrial instruments and contract interpretation, performance issues and dispute resolution
* Working collaboratively with the broader P&C team to ensure consistency of all performance management, disciplinary and grievances processes across the organisation
* Guiding and informing leaders in the annual remuneration review process ensuring internal parity, performance metrics and industrial requirements are considered
* Supporting and coaching leaders in ER processes, and partnering to investigate escalated matters, recommending corrective actions, problem resolution or work improvements.
This role is a Permanent Full-time position.
About You
To be successful in this role you will bring:
* Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Organisational Development, Employment Law or a related discipline
* Significant experience as a multi-disciplined Human Resources practitioner in a multi-site organisation (HRBP or similar), with broad understanding and knowledge of contemporary People and Culture practice.
* Strong experience in interpreting and providing advice on legislation, case law, regulatory and enterprise agreements
* Experience in sensitively, confidentially and fairly managing people issues with solid knowledge of the legal parameters of the employment relationship
* Strong organisational and time management skills with a focus on driving results and meeting critical deadlines whilst managing a number of complex cases.
