About the Role
Do you enjoy structured, repeatable work where most days follow a familiar rhythm?
Are you someone who takes pride in accuracy, consistency, and getting the details right every time?
If so, this could be the perfect role for you.
This is a high volume, process-driven role that supports our teams behind the scenes. You'll be responsible for entering our project data and documentation into online systems in a timely and accurate way. Working across our internal operating system and NSW Planning portal, you will be responsible for data entry, internal file setups, uploading documents and document lodgements.
Success in this role comes from consistency, accuracy, and following established processes — not constant change.
About You
* the ability to maintain and follow consistent processes and procedures, with exceptional attention to detail
* strong organisational skills, excellent time management and the ability to prioritise
* the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
* confidence communicating clearly and professionally when following up or resolving minor issues
* self-motivation, resourcefulness and be proactive in your approach
* customer focused attitude
* knowledge or experience in construction or certification industry advantageous but not essential.
* intermediate computer skills (MS Office) with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes
* a current driver's licence, and legal work rights in Australia

* Flexible working (home + office)
* Starting salary between $60,000 - $65,000 per year (depending on experience) + superannuation + annual reviews
