About the Opportunity
This respected institution is seeking a passionate and committed caregiver to join its Care team at a Moran Stockton home in Newcastle.
Multiple positions and various shifts are available, including part-time roles.
* Morning shifts: 06:30am to 13:30pm or 14:30pm
* Afternoon shifts: 14:30pm to 21:30pm or 22:00pm
* Night shifts: 22:30pm to 06:30am

You will be supported and mentored to ensure your success and growth in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing personal care, assistance, and companionship to residents in accordance with individual care plans.
* Interacting daily with residents and their families, building strong relationships and understanding individual needs and preferences.
* Assisting residents on a daily basis, contributing to resident wellbeing, providing personal hygiene and grooming, nourishment, mobility, and other essential services.
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate IV in Ageing Support.
* A commitment to delivering high-quality care and service.
* The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and support colleagues.
* Basic computer skills.
* A current Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
* Strong organisational and planning skills.
