* Lead the service department to achieve departmental goals within set parameters;
* Coaching and mentoring direct reports to improve performance and address underperformance;

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an agricultural or construction dealership;

* Strong knowledge of New Holland, CASE IH, John Deere, or Kubota products;
* Auto-IT DMS experience is highly desirable;
* Excellent multitasking and time management skills;
* Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential;
