The Finance Manager (Operations & Billing Focus) is a key role within the All Branded Group companies, overseeing the financial management and reporting for the organisation's operations and billing functions. This full-time position is based in Bondi Junction and will play a critical part in supporting the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the end-to-end invoicing process across all clients and projects
* Ensure all orders and shipments are billed accurately and on time
* Work closely with operations to track revenue from order → fulfilment → invoice
* Maintain a clear revenue tracker to ensure nothing is missed
* Identify and resolve billing gaps, missed revenue, and process issues
* Manage accounts receivable and support cash flow management
* Oversee offshore bookkeeping support
* Assist with monthly reporting and financial visibility
Important to note: This is a hands‐on role, not a purely reporting position.
You will be working closely with operations to ensure invoicing accuracy and revenue capture across the business.
About You
* 5+ years experience in a hands‐on finance role
* Strong attention to detail with a proactive, problem‐solving mindset
* Comfortable working in a fast‐paced, operational business
* Experience in logistics, eCommerce, wholesale, or inventory‐based businesses is highly regarded
* Strong Excel skills and ability to manage data across systems
* Someone who takes ownership and ensures nothing slips through the cracks
