Job Overview
This role involves working with high-risk individuals, conducting thorough risk assessments, developing effective case plans, and delivering targeted interventions to support their goals.
* You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload and providing transitional support to individuals re-integrating into the community following a period of imprisonment.
* The successful candidate will lead and mentor staff across case management and Court Assessment and Prosecutions (CAPS) streams, strengthening their capacity to deliver high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop effective case plans for complex individuals.
* Deliver targeted interventions to support individuals in achieving their objectives.
* Mentor and lead staff to achieve best practice in case management and CAPS.
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
* Exceptional client engagement and case management skills, including sound interviewing skills and goal setting.
* Excellent verbal communication skills and confidence in dealing with challenging behaviors.
* Able to lead and mentor staff to achieve their best.
* Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
* Excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to balance competing priorities.
