Key responsibilities include:

* Performing regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and grounds to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns;
* Conducting repairs and maintenance tasks as required;
* Ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with safety protocols and guidelines;
* Collaborating with other teams to ensure effective communication and problem-solving;

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

* Minimum 12 months experience in preventative and reactive maintenance systems;
* Hands-on property maintenance experience;
* Understanding of operational budget processes;
* Experience managing property-related contractors;
* A team player with a can-do attitude;
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365;
* Valid driver's license;
* Fire Safety Officer training (or willingness to undertake) – desirable;
* Experience in an Aged Care or Health Care environment;
