Job Description
NGH’s industry-leading Graduate Learning Development Program (GLDP) is designed to develop and expose graduates to the daily operations of environmental consultancy, providing real outcomes and preparing graduates to become excellent consultants.
You will work on various projects across major centres and regional locations, learning from a diverse range of specialists. This includes delivering environmental projects such as ecological assessments, environmental impact assessments, environmental management planning, and project management.
The GLDP supports graduates in developing biodiversity skills, report writing, GIS, legislation knowledge, and consulting fundamentals like communication, networking, decision-making, and project management. The program aims to enhance your skills and experience through exposure to diverse projects and both formal and informal learning opportunities.
