Project Manager Position
We are seeking an experienced project manager to oversee the delivery of complex construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with expertise in managing scope, program, cost and commercial aspects.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets and resource allocation.
* Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans.
* Monitor and control project expenses, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Manage and maintain relationships with clients, vendors and other stakeholders.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as engineering or construction management, and at least 5 years' experience in a similar role. They will be a strong communicator, with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
