We are seeking 1 Qualified Refrigeration Tech's/ HVAC's looking to join the DeltaFM Gruyere team on a an even time basis. You'll be joining a small but established team conducting Village & Accommodation Maintenance. You'll have a permanent room on this 400 room camp, and a back to back team member.
THE POSITION
* Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring continuity of essential Building and Engineering services in a complex environment
* Planned & preventative maintenance, attending and assessing breakdowns, cleaning, fault finding of Commercial and residential HVAC and refrigeration units
* Working in remote Accommodation Villages including Temporary and Permanent Housing, Commercial Kitchens, Dining Rooms, Laundry, Office Buildings etc.
* Prioritising works & meet rectification deadlines
* Additional Allowances available such as On Call Allowance, 3 Hour Min call out at penalty rates when required, Nominee Allowance, Leading Hand Allowance if applicable.
THE PERSON
* Full ARCTICK Licence & Restricted Electrical Licence or working towards
* Current CPR + LVR (or willing to obtain), Current Australian Drivers Licence, White Card & Police Check within 12 months
* Well versed in all maintenance process and workplace health and safety regulations
* Able to FIFO from Perth Airport & available for long-term ongoing rosters
