This is where you come in!The RoleAt Haast, we're seeking an entrepreneurial and deeply creative Marketing Manager to help shape and deliver on our marketing strategy. You will be responsible for executing end-to-end marketing activities from planning and content creation through to delivery and refinement. You'll work directly with our founders and fractional marketing team (Stella startups) to achieve this, and collaborate on a daily-basis with the product, customer and sales teams. This role combines creative content creation skills, strong planning and collaboration and deep platform knowledge.ResponsibilitiesBring to life key parts of our marketing strategy, including:Sales enablement & collateral : write or coordinate assets like case studies, one-pagers and research papers.Paid campaigns : support the content development required for LinkedIn and Google Search campaigns to drive demand from our target accounts. (Note: This role will not require experience with directly managing ad platforms - it will work with external contractors/agencies on the set up and management of these campaigns).Content marketing : help produce and publish our flagship assets, focused on educating the market about the role of AI in the future of compliance.Conferences & niche events : help us maximise our brand presence at large industry conferences, as well as coordinate Haast’s own events for compliance leaders and support with content follow-up.Website content updates : keep our site (built on Webflow) up to date and optimised for conversion.LinkedIn amplification : draft and schedule posts for our company page and team profiles.Work independently and autonomously to deliver on our marketing strategy, including:Working closely with Sales to deliver tailored collateral, coordinate outreach campaigns, and refining messaging based on feedback.Track and report on marketing activities using tools such as HubSpot and Google Analytics.What you bring2–4 years' experience in a B2B marketing coordinator or content-focused role, ideally at a sales-led SaaS company.A sharp eye for detail and a knack for clear, compelling writing.Comfort working cross-functionally with Sales and Product.Familiarity with HubSpot and Webflow.Experience in and/or curiosity about Product Marketing and how content supports pipeline generation.Bonus points if you’ve worked in regulated industries (finance, insurance, telco) or understand compliance workflows.Why Haast?Growth & Impact:You'll get to work closely with our founders and a CMO-level growth team (Stella Startups)You'll build foundational skills across content, campaigns and demand gen, and learn how to leverage a broad AI-toolkit to drive efficiency and qualityYou'll have the opportunity to shape how we show up and expand in the US marketLeading the evolution from dull, traditional SaaS to AI-powered workflows (because nobody ever said "I love manually reviewing disclaimers!")Build enterprise-grade AI technology that major institutions actually trust (and love!)Empowering humans to focus on strategic work they love by eliminating tedious compliance reviewsCreating technology that builds customer trust and protects consumer rightsBenefits & Culture:Sydney-based with flexible work arrangements (because life happens)Competitive salary and equity (ESOP) - we believe in sharing the successRapid career growth - high performers get real opportunities, not just high fives and a monthly pizza partyWork with cutting-edge AI technologies that your current employer claimed you would beCollaborative, engineering-driven culture focused on learning and developmentWe’re going global.
