Early Childhood Educator - Lyrebird Early Learning Centre

Lyrebird Early Learning Centre is seeking a fun & highly motivated Educator to join our team.
Responsibilities
* Deliver developmentally appropriate and stimulating learning experiences that cater to the individual needs and interests of each child.
* Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore and learn.
* Establish and maintain open lines of communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns or questions.
* Work collaboratively with a team of other educators to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
* Stay current with best practices in early childhood education through continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
* Minimum Cert III qualification in ECEC (or equivalent).
* Valid WWCC.
* Proven experience with EYLF, NQF and Child Safe Standards.
* Up to date Mandatory Reporting Child Protection certificate, food safety, red nose & sun smart (or willingness to obtain).
* Proven experience in creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
