Remuneration: $87, $116,824.00 per annum, plus 12% superannuation

About the Opportunity
The Project Officer will support their allocated projects providing end-to-end project coordination and administrative support leveraging extensive knowledge to support all project related activities.

Selection Criteria
* Tertiary qualification in Business Administration and project management and/or equivalent relevant industry experience.
* Demonstrated outstanding communication and interpersonal skills combined with a flexible, adaptable and solutions oriented approach to work.
* Demonstrated experience in providing a high level of project coordination, administrative support and customer service support of a consistently high standard in an educational environment.
* Demonstrated ability to determine priorities, organise and co-ordinate work, meet strict deadlines and to work independently and as part of a team without the need for close supervision in a busy environment.
* Ability to provide Secretariat Duties, prepare agendas and minutes, issue meeting papers within required timeframes and monitor actions.
* Demonstrated ability to use initiative, anticipate the stages of a project, and use discretion and judgement.
* Proficient skills in the use of software applications including Microsoft Office Suit, Business tools including Records Management and Project Management Systems, ability to undertake internet search engines and an aptitude for learning other information management systems.
