The Opportunity: Ashurst Advance Digital (AAD) is the firm's technology and experience powerhouse. We develop differentiated services for our clients and embed digital as a firm-wide competency. Ashurst Labs designs, develops and manages digital platforms, products and solutions, focusing on software development, product management and data science. This role focuses on the technical product management of client/internal facing platforms and solutions that drive efficiencies in business operations and legal service delivery.
You will report to the Associate Director of Digital Products (London) and collaborate with the Ashurst Labs team across Australia and the UK. This role can sit in Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney.

Responsibilities
* Define vision and strategy for products and platforms.
* Lead cross-functional teams and manage product development lifecycle.
* Measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and sales to deliver value.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in product development or management roles (e.g., Product Manager, Product Owner) in a law firm or adjacent industry.
* Experience managing projects with planning, execution and delivery; understanding of digital product development, agile processes and lifecycle management.
* Experience conducting market research, analyzing data, and understanding customer needs; awareness of market dynamics and digitisation in the legal sector.
* Experience leading or working with diverse teams across engineering, design, marketing and sales.
* Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking and adaptability to changing priorities.
