We have a vacancy for an Administration Officer to support our Weighbridge Operations team in Ipswich. This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday on a rotating roster, with occasional Saturday shifts.
This role requires previous administration experience, strong literacy skills, and excellent communication abilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the weighbridge onsite, supporting the transfer station with invoices, accounts payable/receivable, and general administrative duties. They will also be required to communicate with customers about overdue payments and process vehicles entering and exiting the site.
A key aspect of this role is maintaining accurate records and contributing to monthly reports. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask effectively, manage competing priorities, and provide excellent customer service.
