**About Us**

We provide our customers with a wide product range including natural flavours, natural colours, fruit purees and pieces as well as healthy and functional ingredients for foods and beverages.

**About the role**

Warehouse objective is to have a high standard of Quality on raw material and finish materials, requirements for production are met, preparing and ensuring customer orders are to the specification in the highest quality from Production through to Warehousing. Production and Warehouse is driven by the Sales Department requirements as per customer demands.

**To be successful in this role you will be required to perform the following functions**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to manage one's work, ensuring that stock integrity is maintained, customer quality at high
- standard, receiving of raw materials comply with QA standards
- Daily housekeeping required
- removal of waste, Forklift checks etc

**Incoming goods**:

- Unloading trucks, check in accordance to the inspection and SOP
- Check all paperwork against raw material, good receive sheet, record damages on all dockets
- Ensure pallet transfer is complete
- Notify QA that delivery has been accepted or rejected, Inform QA department of any quality issue prior to accepting goods
- Receive all materials into the DE
- Hand paperwork to Logistic specialist after completion

**Dispatch**:

- Follow dispatch report and dispatch screen to prepare customer orders,
- Pallets to be labelled in accordance to customer transport requirements as per dispatch details
- All paperwork to be checked against pallets, packing slip and dispatch details in system
- Ensure customer pallets dispatched at high quality standard
- Loading trucks, check in accordance to the inspection and SOP and Dispatch screen 'Ship' as
- The pallets are loaded
- Inform Warehouse Manager of any issue prior to dispatching
- Stock transfer sheets: decantering of raw materials, relabelling, reboxing and restacking as advised
- Waste disposal control
- Traceability throughout the warehouse by the use of the MES computer system is required
- Follow QA policies and procedures
- Assisting other areas in the Warehouse if required

**About you**

**Experience**

Ideally have come from a food warehouse background include knowledge of GMP, HACCP, receival and dispatch experience. Working with in a team environment with a strong ability to follow instruction, organize ones work and work unsupervised.

- Knowledge in the Warehouse industry
- Knowledge in Microsoft office 365 Databases
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically fit - manual handling required

**Qualifications**
- Forklift license

- English proficiency skills, both written and oral
- Customer oriented and trouble shooting skills to adapt/respond to different types of production challenges

- Focus on safety first and demonstrate a high level of hygiene awareness and adherence to HACCP requirements
- High attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $29.33 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
