**About the role**:
The City of Sydney is seeking a Scenic Coordinator to coordinate the preparation, planning and implementation of scenic elements for events presented and produced by the City.
As the Scenic Coordinator you will lead the scenic treatment, preparation, installation and dissemble of art collateral items and scenic elements across our events and programs. Based at our Creative City Depot in Alexandria, you will supervise and assist with the loading and unloading of event vehicles and general scenic workshop and warehousing duties.
**We're looking for someone with**:
- demonstrated experience in coordinating the delivery of scenic elements for events or stage productions
- experience in managing a small team in a workshop environment
- ability to read and interpret complex site, construction, schematic and design plans and drawings
- current qualifications valid in New South Wales or willingness to obtain the following: Driver Licence and General Construction Induction Card (White Card).
