**Responsibilities**
- Schedule travel, timely expenses submission and prepare presentation material.
- Documentation and filing
- Diary management
- Meeting management
- Organize social events including catering
- Interact with external vendors
- Payment requisitions
- Supervising floor plan administration, access card handling, and general office upkeep
- Coordinating and overseeing workplace health and safety procedures, first aid personnel, and fire wardens
- Conducting staff training
- Managing the daily operations
- Organizing workspace arrangements for new hires
- Handling miscellaneous tasks as needed
**About you**:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
- Mandarin proficiency preferred but not essential
