About The Opportunity
The Site Supervisor will play a crucial role in overseeing roof replacement and repair works, ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Key responsibilities include:
* Supervise daily roof works, ensuring safety, timelines, and budgets.
* Coordinate trades, subcontractors, suppliers, and site resources.
* Monitor progress and quality, resolving issues to avoid delays.
* Enforce WHS, safety, and environmental standards on site.
* Conduct inspections to ensure all works meet client expectations.
* Liaise with clients and teams, providing updates and managing needs.
* Report on progress, risks, variations, and efficiency improvements.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* 3+ Years' Experience In Building, Roofing, Or Site Supervision
* Strong Knowledge Of Building Practices, Roofing Systems & WHS
* Skilled In Coordinating Trades, Subcontractors & Suppliers
* Excellent Time Management & Multi-Project Coordination
* Strong Communication, Attention To Detail & Problem Solving
* Licence & Insurance Building Experience (Preferred)
