We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Canning Vale. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a close-knit team, and have experience in customer service within a trade store or retail environment.
This is a full-time opportunity that offers a permanent salary, incentives, and a generous Team Member Discount Card. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service in a dynamic, hands-on environment, handling enquiries, sourcing parts, managing backorder ETAs, performing warehousing tasks, and maintaining showroom displays.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide face-to-face customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
* Perform warehousing tasks including picking, packing, and stock put-aways
* Replenish stock and conduct regular stock takes
* Process purchases via cash, card, or account
* Maintain showroom displays and rotate stock
What We Are Looking For:
* Experience in customer service within a trade store or retail environment
* A customer-first mindset and strong interpersonal skills
* Confidence using Microsoft Word and Excel
* Clear written and verbal communication
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
* Excellent time management and a proactive approach to seeking support when needed
