Our client is looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to step into a key role supporting the successful delivery of upcoming projects. They require a confident, hands-on leader who can communicate effectively with subcontractors, adapt to evolving project demands, and maintain a strong KPI-focused approach to performance and results.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily site operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
* Communicate confidently and professionally with subcontractors, suppliers, and project partners.
* Oversee adherence to project schedules, budgets, and KPIs.
* Support flexible working requirements, including night shifts when required.
* Commit to 8-10 hour workdays to meet project timelines.
* Maintain strong documentation and reporting standards.
* Ensure compliance with council or local government regulations.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in Civil Construction Supervisor or similar leadership role.
* Experience in earthworks, roadworks, drainage, concreting, wet trade works highly regarded
* Strong ability to communicate clearly with subcontractors and site teams.
* Ability to work flexible hours aligned with project demands.
* Willingness to work nights when required.
* KPI-driven mindset with a track record of delivering on performance metrics.
* Experience working within council or local government environments (highly regarded).
* Strong understanding of WHS, site compliance, and quality standards.
