WOW Customer ExperienceFind a Better WayPassionate About Making a DifferenceYou will have at least +5 years experience as an RN with advanced clinical skills and a kind nature, and are looking for an autonomous Leadership role where you can use your skills and experience to lead our team of Care Ambassadors (RN/EN). Current experience in the community sector including care coordination will be highly regarded, however hospital based acute care nursing skills will also be considered.
You have a reliable vehicle and current drivers licence, and are willing to travel to client homes in Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens and surrounding region.
You will have excellent communication skills and be courteous and responsive when we contact you.
You will be flexible, adaptable and excited to join our Leadership Team which involves working Monday- Friday with rotation of on-call evenings and weekends.
You have current experience in working with clients with complex physical needs.

As a Care Designer you are responsible for the day to day operations related to driving business results through client experience and caregiver management. You will drive growth through the following main duties and responsibilities:
