Base pay range
A$110,000.00/yr - A$120,000.00/yr

An opportunity has become available for a Tier 1 qualified Insurance Broker to join the team, based in a modern West Perth office. You will work within a close-knit broking team, managing and growing a dedicated portfolio of construction‑related clients.
The Role
Reporting to the State Manager, you will take ownership of an allocated client portfolio and be responsible for:
* Managing annual renewals and ongoing policy servicing
* Processing endorsements and mid‑term adjustments
* Assisting with claims management, supported by a local claims function
* Developing strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders
* Identifying opportunities for organic growth and cross‑selling
* Representing the business at relevant industry and networking events
About you
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Proven experience in insurance broking (essential), with exposure to construction risks highly regarded
* Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
