About the role
BaptistCare George Frobes House Centre is seeking Carers to join their team on a casual basis. As a carer you'll get to know your residents and their needs and preferences during your shifts.
**Duties may include**:
Assistance with a wide range of Person Centred Care in accordance with Care Plan
Assistance with medication
Simple wound dressing
Assistance with activities under supervision
Working with each resident to continue to do the things they love
Skills & experience
Previous experience as a Care Service Employee
Transferrable skills in providing care and compassion to others
Certificate III in Individual Support is desirable or a willingness to obtain
Current First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain
We encourage Nursing and Allied Health students to apply
