Primary Objective: Ensure delivery of high-quality, culturally appropriate and effective patient navigation within the Emergency Department as part of a youth patient navigation pilot program. This position may require the applicant to work within an extended hours service model, including weekends. Selection will be made at the AHP3 or AHP4 level depending on the qualifications of the successful applicant.
