As a Professional Practice Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to case management staff, helping them integrate theory and practice to achieve exceptional outcomes.
You will work closely with the Manager, Professional Practice, to develop and implement best practice frameworks that reduce risk and maximise individual results.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of best practice case management frameworks and theoretical concepts, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A relevant qualification in social work, psychology, human services, criminal justice or criminology is highly desirable.
This role involves travel across the Gippsland region, offering opportunities to build relationships and understand the needs of the community.
* Key Responsibilities:
