Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will work within a supportive team and play a crucial role in building effective relationships with both external and internal customers. Key responsibilities include processing telephone sales, taking orders, providing over the phone quotations, and attending to other sales related activities.
You will bring:
* Effective communication and presentation skills
* Previous experience in a customer service role
* Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
* Experience dealing with wholesalers, customers, and distributors in the electrical or mechanical industries (advantageous)
* Intermediate level computer skills
