A Day in the Life
As a Retail Store Manager, your responsibilities include:
1. Leading, coaching, and training a team of up to 20 members.
2. Driving Ghanda values within your team.
3. Maintaining high store presentation standards according to visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
4. Collaborating with your Stock Allocator and independently managing stock levels to maximize floor space return.
5. Preparing and monitoring store rosters, sales reports, and compliance matters.
About You
We believe you’re the right fit if you:

2. Prioritize customer experience, excel at fundamentals, and take retail seriously.
3. Have experience in retail or hospitality (not mandatory), but possess the right attitude.
