About the Role
Junior Auditor, you will:
* Assist with the planning, testing, and completion of audit engagements
* Perform substantive audit procedures under supervision
* Review financial statements, supporting documents, and internal controls
* Work on-site at client locations across Perth (with partners/managers)
* Prepare clear and accurate workpapers
* Collaborate with team members and communicate with clients to obtain information
* Learn how to identify risks, understand accounting systems, and apply auditing standards
This role offers hands-on experience from day one and the chance to make an impact on meaningful clients, especially in the not-for-profit and community sectors.
About You
You are someone who enjoys problem-solving, learning, and working with people. You will ideally have:
* Completed or near completion of a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting major) or equivalent
* Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team
* Integrity, professionalism, and a positive attitude
* A genuine interest in auditing and helping organisations improve
