Oversight of day-to-day site operations, including labour management, client coordination, subcontractor liaison, and schedule control.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate a team of Carpenters, Concreters, Operators, TAs, and Leading Hands
* Ensure delivery of concrete and carpentry scopes to the highest standard
* Plan daily activities, schedule workloads, and maintain works on track
* Maintain accurate site records, daily diaries, timesheets, FICs, and procurement paperwork
