Job DescriptionAs the Sydney Airport Operations Manager, you will lead the airport operations team, ensuring all disruptions are managed effectively through deployment and engagement of staff. Your core responsibilities include:
This role involves negotiating with stakeholder groups, coaching teams, and managing key areas such as supplier management, turnaround performance, compliance, delay handling, and customer service recovery. Effective communication of relevant information internally and externally is essential.
